Mexican food in Cheyenne

I've been waiting for this to open up since I read they put in for a liquor license. I think I read that by accident, looking for something else, so double the intrigue I guess.

The popular Mexican cantina now has 182 locations in 16 states. After expanding to Colorado last year, they could be coming to Wyoming in 2019.

The new Loco Grill opened this week down the street from Frontier Park on Central and 8th Avenue. The restaurant will specialize in cantina-style Mexican street fare and burgers.

Cheyenne is blessed to have two authentic Mexican fast food restaurants, Rodolfo's on Lincolnway and Rolando's on Del Range. At 2 a.m, they are the best places in town. Not only do they sound alike, their menu is nearly identical, the portions are huge, the prices are cheap, and they're both open 24 hours a day...
