Head east of Cheyenne on Interstate 80 to the Archer Complex for Octoberfest 2013 at the Laramie County Fairgrounds on Saturday, October 26, from 2 to 8 p.m. The annual event is sponsored by The Arc of Laramie County, advocating for individuals with disabilities and their families.
