The state's illegal sports betting market is estimated at a whopping $449 million, according to the gaming commission.

A day after rejecting the measure, the House changed course and voted in favor of House Bill 133. It now goes on to the state Senate.

The vote against House Bill 133 on Tuesday was 32-28 on the third and final reading.
