The Cars are releasing their first studio album in 24 years called Move Like This on May 10th according to Rolling Stone.

Lead singer Ric Ocasek thought he'd never make another Cars record considering what had happened in the past with personalities and the death of their bass player Benjamin Orr in 2000 but last year he found himself with new songs, "a lot of which I liked."

The album was recorded last year in Los Angeles and in upstate New York with Ocasek on lead vocals, Elliot Easton playing guitar, David Robinson drumming and Greg Hawkes doing keyboard and bass duties. Gareth "Jacknife" Lee also helped on bass and produced five of the ten tracks.

Let the good times roll again.
