A Georgia man died Friday afternoon following a single-vehicle rollover crash near Rock River.

Thomas Dunham, 61, was not wearing his seat belt properly and died of his injuries, according to a crash report from the Wyoming Highway Patrol.

Dunham had been northbound on US 30 when, shortly before 12:15 p.m., his Freightliner combination unit went off the right shoulder of the highway.

Dunham overcorrected to the left, causing the commercial truck to slide back across the highway to the left before rolling multiple times down a steep embankment.

Driver inattention is being investigated as a contributing factor in the crash.

Weather was clear and the road surface was dry when the wreck occurred.
