Cheyenne police are reminding citizens to "Lock It or Lose It" after a woman had multiple items stolen from her car.

Officer David Inman says the incident occurred on Aug. 10 in the 3000 block of Dillon Avenue.

"The victim had the door of her vehicle pried open and the suspect stole a trumpet and harmonica as well as several children's toys and some clothing," said Inman.

"The victim's birth certificate, social security card and marriage license were also stolen," Inman added.

Anyone with information about the vehicle burglary is asked to call Crime Stoppers Silent Witness at (307) 638-TIPS.  Callers will remain anonymous and may be eligible for a cash reward of up to $1,000.
