Wyoming fared well in most stressful areas of life, except for one.

How are you feeling today? Are you stressed? Nagging tasks, strained relationships, lingering debt can all contribute to stress levels. If we can't find a healthy way to deal with that stress, it can affect our health. I'm an advocate for finding ways to decompress, whether it's beating a punching bag at the gym or taking a long bubble bath, find what works for you to limit your stress.

It looks like Wyoming is pretty good at managing its stress.

This is according to a study done by WalletHub looking at each state across the country and compiled into a list of 2018's Most & Least Stressed States. To determine which places were the most and least stressed they looked at key contributing factors like work, money, family and relationships, and health and safety. Wyoming struggled in one category, which kept us from landing more firmly in the "least stressed" side of things.

Wyoming is the second most stressed state when it comes to work.

In fact, we have one of the highest averages of work hours per week and the lowest level of job security in the nation. In other words, we're working way too much and it's because we're afraid of losing our job. It's an endless cycle.
