With all the snow and cold winter winds, it's easy to get distracted thinking about hunting and fishing.  For those who are wanting to hunt for moose, sheep, bison or mountain goats, you better put in now as the deadline for applications is next week!

Hunters, both resident and nonresident, wishing to snag a hunting permit to go after moose, sheep, bison and mountain goats have until this coming Wednesday, February 28th to get the applications submitted.

Draw results for nonresident elk tags are already available on the Wyoming game and fish website - here.  Spring turkey draw results for both resident and nonresident hunters are also available.

Deer and antelope hunters, both resident and nonresident, have until May 31st to put in for tags.  And resident hunters have until May 31st to put in for their elk tags.

Don't forget that there is still time to get in on the Super Tag Raffle which includes one tag drawn to win one of 10 license drawings, one for big horn sheep, elk, mountain goat, bison, deer, antelope, mountain lion, wolf and black bear.  The super tag trifecta offers hunters a chance to win 3 licenses from the list of tags offered.  Super tag winners are able to hunt any open area for the species selected except for a few restrictions (see the Wyoming game and fish website for more info).
