Internationally acclaimed Harlem Ambassadors are coming to Cheyenne, for a night of basketball fun, as well as a night of mentoring to the young, on Friday, March 21 at 7 p.m. in the South High School Gymnasium.

This year, the Ambassadors have teamed up with Hispanic Organization for Progress & Education, or H.O.P.E., to raise scholarship money to help deserving students of Hispanic origin who want to pursue a higher education.

The Harlem Ambassadors were modeled after the infamous Harlem Globe Trotters, giving you a night filled with high flying slam dunks, snappy ball tricks, and all sorts of hilarious comedy skits.

Proceeds from ticket sales raffles and sponsor donations going to support HOPE, and concession sales benefiting South High School’s Student Activity Fund.

Tickets are $8 dollars in advance, or $10 dollars on game day (students and seniors-$8 dollars). You can buy your tickets during South High School’s Wrestling home games or at:

  • American Cleaners & Tailors at 2109 East Lincolnway
  • Anthony Ortiz/State Farm Insurance at 1822 Warren Ave
  • Trujillo’s Barber Shop at 412 Randall Ave
