Have you seen the Old-Fashioned Melodrama?

The Cheyenne Little Theatre Players kicked off their 55th season of Melodrama this week at the historic Atlas Theatre downtown.

This year's melodrama is titled "Dirty Deeds at the Depot" or "Professor Mack's Miracle Elixir of Life." The cast returns to the glory days of the depot with Lacie Camisole as the heroine, the dastardly Professor Thaddeus Mack and the kind Station Master Justin Tyme.

Each show also features the Can-Can Dancers and Cuties and unique Olio acts.

The Old-Fashioned Melodrama runs Thursday through Sunday with shows at 7 p.m. During Cheyenne Frontier Days, July 21-30, performances will be at 7 p.m. and 9 p.m. with only one show offered on both Sundays.

You have until August 7th to stop by 211 West 16th Street and boo the villain, cheer for the hero and sigh for the heroine. Beverages and snacks are available for purchase.

Tickets are $14 for adults, $12 for seniors, $10 for students 13 and older and admission for children 12 and under costs $8.
