Judge Allows Challenge to Eagle Killing [AUDIO]
A federal judge is allowing the Eastern Shoshone Tribe to challenge the Northern Arapahoe tribe’s plan to kill Bald Eagles on the reservation they share in central Wyoming. Amy Richards has details. Animal Shelter Offering Summer ‘Critter Camps’
The Cheyenne Animal Shelter will be offering four “critter camps” for local kids as part of the shelter’s humane education effort this summer, according to shelter spokeswoman Lindsey Taylor. She says the four day courses will feature interaction with a variety of animals, including alpacas , dogs that sniff out explosives and drugs for law enforcement, and animals being housed at the animal shelt
Trees Stolen from Romero Park
Two Plains Straight Cottonwood trees were stolen from the David R. Romero South Cheyenne Community Park last week, according to Scott Smith, Projects Information Officer for the city of Cheyenne. He says the trees were between six and eight feet tall and around two inches in diameter.
Wyoming Unemployment Benefit Period Reduced [AUDIO]

Deputy Receives Purple Heart Award
The Laramie County Sheriff’s Department recognized several agency members for outstanding service on Friday. That included a Purple Heart Award for Deputy Chance Walkama, who was shot by a suspect at the Fairfield Inn last November.

Health Department Issues Smoke Warning
