Blown Away At The Landfill Today

This is what the guys working for the Cheyenne Department Of Public Works are looking at, 11 miles west of Cheyenne at the landfill. Shut 'er down, viz is too low. So for now, the landfill is closed due to the high winds blowing snow around.
