How many Glass Art Celebrations have you seen?

This is the 32nd year the Cheyenne Botanic Gardens in Lions Park have hosted the Glass Art Celebration at their conservatory.

Thanks to their sponsors; US Bank, Glass Artists of Wyoming, Cheyenne Beverage Company and Norther Colorado Stained Glass Supply, Wyoming's largest glass art show is free through February 17.

Mark Jenkins Discusses Climbing Mount Everest at LCCC Tonight

Have you ever wanted to climb Mount Everest?

You can get an idea of what it's like climbing the world's highest peak by attending Mark Jenkins' talk at Laramie County Community College on Tuesday, January 29, at 7 p.m.

Jenkins, a Wyoming native, is an avid climber and writer-in-residence at the University of Wyoming. He climbed Mount Everest last spring as part of a North Face expedition to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the first American ascent of the mountain.
