Governor Matt Mead has named the Board of Directors for the Wyoming Lottery Corporation, which will set up a lottery in Wyoming. Doug Randall has the details. The 2013 drawing for resident elk and resident and non resident deer and antelope licenses are now done, but the Wyoming Game and Fish Department says there are a number of leftover licenses.
