A 28-year-old Cheyenne man accused of holding a gun to his wife's head and punching her in the face has been bound over to Laramie County District Court.

Stefan Frahm appeared before Circuit Court Judge Thomas Lee this (Friday) morning.

According to court documents, Frahm and his wife got into a verbal argument over infidelity issues on July 5.

Police say Frahm's wife told them that Stefan approached her with a Glock .45 caliber pistol, which she believed was loaded, placed the barrel to the right side of her head and continued yelling at her.

The affidavit says Stefan's friend witnessed the incident and was able to retrieve the firearm.

Frahm then allegedly punched his wife in the left side of the face, causing her to fall back and hit her head on the kitchen stove.

Frahm has been charged with aggravated assault and battery-threatens with weapon and domestic battery-first offense. He could face up to ten-and-a-half years in prison if convicted on both counts.
