Easter isn't the only holiday this weekend. Saturday is April 20th, known by marijuana smokers and activists around the world as 4/20. Several local businesses are celebrating with tongue-in-cheek promotions targeting stoners, including a few pizza places in Cheyenne, who will be serving "special brownies" and breadsticks.

No, not those brownies.

Three local Pizza Hut restaurants will participate in a nationwide 4/20 special, offering their Hershey's Triple Chocolate Brownie for $4.20 on Saturday only. While the brownies won't contain any "extra ingredients", they can help cure a case of the munchies.

Another national pizza chain with a Cheyenne franchise, Toppers, is offering a 50% discount on their Toppers stix from 4:20 p.m. to close.

In Colorado, Carl's Jr. is introducing a new menu item for 4/20. Their Rocky Mountain High burger will reportedly be infused with CBD and will be sold only in Denver on Saturday.

Denver will also be hosting a number of events celebrating cannabis culture, including the Mile High 4/20 Festival in Civic Center Park. The free concert will feature performances from several artists, including rappers T.I. and Jermaine Dupri.
