Cheyenne Stampede Open Their Home Hockey Season October 18

Have you been to a Cheyenne Stampede game yet?

The local junior hockey team opens their home season at the Cheyenne Ice and Events Center on West Lincolnway this Friday, October 18 at 7:35 p.m. Warm ups begin about 30 minutes before game time.The Cheyenne Stampede host the newly formed Colorado Junior A Eagles on Friday and travel to Fort Collins on Saturday, October 19, for a game on their home ice at the Edora Pool & Ice Center (EPIC) located at 1801 Riverside Ave.

The Stampede will host Central High School Night for their Friday opener. The cheerleading squad Central Cheer has been selling tickets for the game as a fundraiser to help cover equipment and travel expenses for this year’s high school sports season.
