Cheyenne’s Newest Shop Highlights Frontier Days & Wyoming Roots

Hold onto your Stetsons, folks. There's a new shopping venue in town, and it rustled up something for everyone. I'm talking boots and belts, snacks and mugs, clothes, toys, and everything in between! The Old West Museum happily welcomed Cheyenne's newest mercantile to the museum today, October 13.

Celebrate the Grand Opening of Chute 10 Mercantile

If you love Frontier Days as much as I do or happen to love all things Western, the Chute 10 Mercantile will be your new favorite place. The shop celebrates its Grand Opening with a ribbon cutting this evening - starting at 5 p.m. Trust me, you won't want to miss it - there's going to be a mimosa bar...uhm, yes, please?

If you can't make the ribbon cutting, the shop is open daily from 9 to 5 p.m., with extended hours tonight until 7 p.m. They'll be handing out daily prizes this weekend, discounts on some items, and free museum access during the Grand Opening.

What's at the Chute 10 Mercantile?

Chute 10 Mercantile is the official retail shop for Cheyenne Frontier Days and was initially located in a smaller venue in the museum. But Cheyenne's newest retail shop offers more than just Frontier Days memorabilia (though there is plenty of that.) "We are the official retailer for CFD, but we are so much more, " says Randy, one of the dedicated masterminds behind Chute 10's expansion into its new location. "But, we are so much more. We have fashion jackets, clothing, and jewelry for the ladies and fashion for men as well...We're your one-stop shop for gifts - we have everything you can think of!"
