Conservationists Win Ruby Pipeline Appeal [AUDIO]

A federal appeals court has ordered the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service and Bureau of Land Management to reconsider additional protection for the Lahontan cutthroat trout and other endangered fish adversely impacted by the 700-mile Ruby pipeline.
