Jess’ Weekend Find: Popsicles to Survive Summer
Don't confuse this for an endorsement. It's just simple summer survival.
I think I may have said this a time or two, but I'm not a fan of summer. I don't like sweating every day of my life. I don't like having my clothes stick to me constantly. And I sure as heck don't like baring so much skin. I'm a "blazers and pants" kind of girl who is more pleasant to be around in the cooler months.
That being said, I think I have found something to help me survive this heat... Popsicles.
And not just any Popsicles. I'm talking about Popsicle's Fruit Pops. I bought these on a whim over the weekend and it was love at first lick. Not only are they cold and refreshing, but they taste like real fruit. Let's just say that the mango ones aren't going to last long in my house.
These guys won't cost you too much in the calorie category either.
For those of us who are keeping an eye on our figures during these summer months, these Popsicles average 35-45 calories. Not to mention they contain potassium and vitamin C. Now, I wouldn't go eating the entire box or anything, but it's good to know that there is a cool, refreshing treat out there that won't count as a cheat meal.
And if you have kids, they will love these!
