What hat are you wearing for Derby Day?

Part of the pageantry and tradition of the Kentucky Derby involves unusual and spectacular head wear.

At this year's 137th running there's no shortage of unique and creative hats. Along with betting strategies and exchanging Mint Julep recipes, a lot

of the talk around the track at Churchill Downs involves what people are wearing on their heads.

If you're planning a trip to the most famous equestrian event in the world, don't forget to put some thought into your headgear. From the looks of many of these hats, they wouldn't fit into a suitcase or overhead compartment.

Oh, and along with all the fashion at the 137th Kentucky Derby, there's also a race featuring a field of 19 horses.
