Are you holding tickets for the Lynyrd Skynyrd show next month?

The southern rock band was scheduled to play December 4 at the Budweiser Events Center in Loveland, but all remaining tour dates for 2015 have been cancelled due to Gary Rossington's health problems.

The last surviving original member of Lynyrd Skynyrd, Gary Rossington, suffered a heart attack October 8 and is still recovering, so the band has cancelled their remaining dates for 2015.

This includes their Friday, December 4, date scheduled at the Budweiser Events Center in The Ranch Complex off of I-25 near Loveland. Refunds are being offered to ticket holders at their point of purchase.

Rossington is also a founding member of the Rossington Collins Band with fellow Lynyrd Skynyrd, guitarist Allen Collins. He survived the band's plane crash in 1977, despite breaking both arms, legs, wrists, ankles and pelvis.

The guitarist had planned to play at the shows but after continued evaluation and treatment by his doctors, he has decided to take the remainder of 2015 off to concentrate on recuperating from his recent heart procedure where some previous stents were repaired.
