Mead Advisor Says States Should Help Implement ESA [AUDIO]

A policy advisor to Wyoming Governor Matt Mead told a US House committee earelir this week that states are qualified  to be effective partners in the implementation of the Endangered Species Act. Steve Ferrell also urged making the act less susceptable to litigation.
