Blendz Wellness Bar Serves Up Nutritious Treats in Cheyenne

As of July 22, Cheyenne has a new wellness bar serving healthy smoothies and protein shakes in Downtown Cheyenne. According to the team at Blendz, the shop isn't just a drink stop.

"It is a safe, friendly community designed to aid people in reaching their goals not only in fitness but life as a whole. Our products are designed to help you feel your best because until then, you cant truly live your best life! Blendz is a sister company to Bison Nutrition and Energy on Vandeheigh; we will be offering the same great line of products."

Owner and operators of Blendz Wellness Bar Sara and Theo Gabriel are long-time Cheyenne residents who wish to impact their community positively.

"We love Cheyenne and are hoping to leave a positive mark on our community but bringing a healthy option close to the hospital and state government buildings. We love community involvement and would love to offer our beautiful space to any other community groups that are looking for a gathering spot!"

In addition to offering a space to relax and enjoy healthy snacks, Blendz Wellness will also provide a variety of group nutrition and fitness classes to the public. Sara and Theo are joined in their endeavor by Tave Jackson and Chris Richardson, owners and operators of "Foods with Benefits."

What Products Does Blendz Wellness Bar Serve?

Blendz, like its sister-company Bison Nutrition and Energy, serves up specially themed beverages that taste delicious and are nutritious. The menu at Blendz contains a variety of sugar-free meal replacement shakes, protein coffees, and energy teas. They're designed to give your body a healthy boost and are "jam-packed with vitamins and minerals and a crazy amount of flavor because healthy doesn't have to mean boring." • Location: 2112 Evans Ave near Cheyenne Regional Medical Center
• Hours: Monday thru Friday, 7 a.m. to 3 p.m., and Saturdays, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
