Laramie County residents with gowns gathering dust in their closets can play fairy godmother to a local high school girl by donating their frocks to the “Project Prom’s dress drive.“Project Prom” collects new and gently used clean formals in an effort to provide free prom dresses to participants in financial need, according to spokeswoman Jean Richardson. Dresses are available now through the first week of May. Dresses are located in downtown Cheyenne at Just Dandy; 212 W. 17th St. Thursdays – Saturdays 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. A high school ID is required and only one guest per student. Project Prom is a 100% volunteer organization. Monetary or dress donations can be made at Just Dandy or call Jean @ (307) 630-9250
