Report: Wyoming Could Improve Teacher Evaluations [AUDIO]

A report by the National Council on Teaching Quality says Wyoming could do more to improve its educator evaluation system. Doug Randall has more.  Jim Robinson, Senior Economist with the state Economic Analysis Division says the latest report on the state’s economy has a lot of good news and only a little bad news.
