The Cheyenne Police Department responded to a report of an aggressive driver on May 23 at noon near the intersection of Dell Range and Parkview Avenue that led to a drug arrest.

Justin Dix, 34, of Cheyenne, was arrested for the sale/delivery of methamphetamine, the sale/delivery of marijuana, and possession of stolen property over $1000.

Dix was reportedly driving aggressively, making threats, and pointing  what appeared to be the barrel of a shotgun, at another driver, who happened to be an off-duty Cheyenne Police Officer. A short time later officers found Dix at his home at 4408 Ontario Ave., where they found the object, which turned out to be a stun gun.

A search warrant conducted by detectives of the Cheyenne Police Department’s Community Action Team led to the discovery of about a pound and half of marijuana, 252 grams of methamphetamine, two stolen firearms, and stolen merchandise from Menards.
