Snowshoeing Ain’t Like It Used To Be

These days everything has changed. Gear is strong and lighter. Clothing is warmer, more flexible, comfortable and less bulky. You can stay outside on cold days because of modern improvements to the old ways of the old days.

That said,  you can get off that couch and step into the great outdoors of Wyoming and join some of the finest people at the Snowy Range Snowshoe races at Snowy Range Ski and Recreation Area, outside of Laramie on I-30. It's go time Saturday morning at 10 a.m. for the 5K and 10K races.

Now get out there and have fun. Don't freeze.
