Snyder Avenue Work To Shut Down This Week
Cheyenne Mayor Rick Kaysen says work on the Snyder Avenue Reconstruction Project from Pershing to 23rd Street will come to a halt this week for Cheyenne Frontier Days.
Kaysen says the project is about 70 percent complete and should be wrapped up by the end of this year. But he says because Snyder tends to see a significant increase in traffic during CFD city officials decided top open that area to motorists
Kaysen says other street work in areas likely to see increased traffic during Frontier Days will likewise be put on hold until after CFD.
