Wyoming's Republican Incumbent U.S. Senator and Congresswoman appear to hold the edge against their Democratic challengers in statewide voting today. Wyoming law enforcement officials say that even if a Colorado ballot initiative decriminalizing possession of small amounts of marijuana is approved in today's election it will not change their enforcement of the state's marijuana laws, even for state residents who might legally buy pot in Colorado. Wyoming Secretary of State Max Maxfield says the number of registered voters statewide is just under 239,000, up about 20,000 compared to the number of registered voters on primary election day in August. David Bullard, Senior Economist with the Research and Planning Section of the Wyoming Department of Workforce Services says the state experienced continued job growth during the second quarter of 2012.
