Local authorities arrested 10 people for Driving Under the Influence in the Cheyenne area on New Year's Eve, according to Cheyenne Police Chief Brian Kozak.
Kozak says the joint effort included the Laramie County Sheriff's Department, Wyoming Highway Patrol and law enforcement from Wyoming State Parks
