Veteran’s Day Celebration At AL Post 6

Post 6 in partnership with VFW Post 1881 will be hosting the Veteran's Day INDOORS observation on Tuesday November 11th at 11am at American Legion Post 6. 

The ceremony will be indoors so they can allow our elderly and disabled veterans the opportunity to attend and be honored in a warm environment. With a deep freeze coming in mid-week, this is a good move. The ceremony will include an honor to our living men and women who served our great nation. They will also honor the memory of deceased comrades.

The indoor ceremony will be no different, it will include the wreath portion of the ceremony.Guest speaker will be Major General Jack Weinstein, 20 AF/CC. Lunch will follow with Sheppard's Pie. If you need more information please call 635-3696 ext. 11.
