We asked would you try burgerushi? You answered. These are your poll results. Could this restaurant survive in the Cowboy State? That is a tricky question.

Burgerushi takes the ingredients of a gourmet hamburger and serves it like sushi. Or takes sushi grade fish and serves it like a burger. Would you try it? Most people who took the poll said they would.

 

The next question was do you think a place like the Cowfish could survive in Wyoming. The results were a three way tie between yes, no, and maybe. The votes were so close. I believe that is because of the often precarious nature of restaurants.

 

The success or failure of a restaurant depends on more than just the menu. Location plays a large roll. Also one of the biggest things I look for in a restaurant is the service. If the waiter or waitress is just rude, I won't go back. Another large factor is how well the managing staff can run the business. Food costs alone can run the best restaurant into the ground.

It is doubtful that the Cowfish will come to Wyoming anytime soon. The important thing is to try new things and to be open to new experiences. I'm glad I ate at this restaurant. Next time, maybe you can join me.
