It's no secret that Wyoming fans are passionate, but did you know that UW fans rank in the nation's top ten for ejections per game?

According to Reddit College Football, in 2016 University of Wyoming fans ranked 7th in the nation, per capita, for fans arrested or ejected for behaving poorly. An average of 0.35 per 1,000 fans in the stadium had to be removed by security or by the Laramie Police Department.

The Pokes rank right behind both Nebraska and Utah who tied at 0.37 fans per 1,000. South Carolina fans rank number one with an average of 0.92 fans per 1,000.

With a seating capacity of just over 29,000 and the lowest season-long attendance of the top ten schools, that's a lot of folks keeping security and the LPD busy. And while it remains to be seen what this number looks like for the 2017 season, keep in mind, in 2016 there were no alcohol sales allowed inside the stadium.
