Weeks ahead of Cheyenne Frontier Days, the Pershing/19th St./Converse Ave roundabout will open sooner than expected, hopefully by the 4th of July. (insert sigh and applause effects here)

We'll have to deal with some lane restrictions, but it's progress and its sooner than expected.
