Kentucky Fugitive Arrested in Laramie [AUDIO]

A federal fugitive, wanted for interstate flight to avoid prosecution, was arrested Wednesday afternoon in Laramie. Doug Randall reports. Prosecutors won't be able to use two previous DUI convictions against a Gillette man  in a a trial over the death of a tow-truck driver. Rich Denison has the details.
