It's officially official, Amazon is coming to Loveland, and in a very big way.

The 600,000 square foot facility is expected to bring over 1000 jobs to the area will be located on 152 acres at the southwest corner of Larimer County Road 30 and Interstate 25.

Amazon already leases 123,000 square feet in the Centerra development adjacent to the airport. The delivery center is the last stop for packages being delivered throughout Larimer and Weld counties.

This new development area of Loveland will be called Loveland Commerce Park. Amazon is already in various locations throughout Colorado and has brought so much in terms of jobs and financial stability to so many families, in fact  has brought in over 5.5 BILLION dollars for our state and employs nearly 20,000 people in Colorado and offer excellent benefits and education packages for workers.

Loveland Mayor Jacki Marsh called Amazon's investment in the city "transformative" and One of the largest economic development projects Loveland has ever seen.

Amazon's senior manager of economic development had this to say about the new facility in Loveland " I'm excited about being closer to our customers, the potential to bring new jobs with great pay and benefits to the area and our ability to work with the city of Loveland to continue our investment in the state of Colorado."

Looking for a job or know someone that is, there are plenty throughout Colorado with Amazon just in case you can't wait for the Loveland location to open.
