Appeals Court Nixes Case Against Jonah Field Drilling [AUDIO]

Doug Randall reports that the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals has dismissed a lawsuit filed by the Biodiversity Conservation Alliance to stop intense drilling in Wyoming’s Jonah Field, because the organization missed the filing deadline.
