Cheyenne Christmas Parade – What You Need to Know
Come and join the Greater Cheyenne Chamber of Commerce for the 30th Annual Cheyenne Christmas Parade as it celebrates "Deck the Halls, Y'all," in downtown Cheyenne.
It all kicks off at 5:30 PM on Saturday, November 28, 2020
(NOTE: As with everything this year, be sure to double-check that everything is still a go on the day - check here for the latest: CheyenneChristmasParade.com )
The parade route begins at 17th Street and Carey Ave. It continues north on Carey to 24th Street then turns right onto Capitol Avenue. From Capitol Avenue, the parade continues down to Carey and wraps back up to 17th street, and concludes.
The traditional first float is again Toys for Tots. You can bring one unwrapped toy to donate during the parade to make Christmas a little brighter for area children.
The parade usually lasts about two hours. Make sure you are dressed for the weather. For more information visit cheyennechristmasparade.com.
