It is kitten season, the Cheyenne Animal Shelter needs your help with fostering kittens.

Between now and about October, kittens take over Cheyenne and the shelter. They become a bit much at times for the employees. Not only do they need to be adopted but, before they can get to that stage, they need to be fostered until they are old enough to be adopted. If you would like to help foster some kittens, the shelter will provide you everything you need, it may take up to a month until they can be adopted. If the mother of the kittens is around, the shelter will give you the mom as well so she will do all the hard work of feeding.

If you would like to foster some kittens get in contact with Bri at bmathewson@caswy.org or call her at 307-632-6655. If you are looking to adopt a kitten, they are $125 and that includes all their shots, a microchip, and your first free visit to an animal clinic.
