Cheyenne Police Seek Home Burglar

Police are asking for the public's help in finding a thief who stole several items from a home in south Cheyenne last month.

Cheyenne Police Department spokesman Officer Kevin Malatesta says a house in the 200 block of Hynds Avenue was burglarized on or about November 3.

"It appears that somebody came in through a window when the occupants weren't at home and took a large amount of cash, some jewelry and a pistol," said Malatesta.

Anyone with information about the burglary is asked to call Crime Stoppers Silent Witness at (307) 638-TIPS. Callers will remain anonymous and may be eligible for a cash reward of up to $1,000.
