Cheyenne Summer Watering Restrictions Expire Saturday
That means residents can, as of Saturday, water between the hours of 10 a.m. and 5 p.m.
But the BOPU is still urging people to void watering during the hottest part of the day and to avoid watering more than three days per week. Other year-round conservation rules remain in effect. That includes a prohibition on wasting water by letting it run down the street.
Washing hard surfaces such as sidewalks, parking lots or driveways with a hose is prohibited except for health, safety and construction reasons.
People can now wash vehicles any time and any day with the use of an automatic shut-off nozzle on hoses and/or buckets, according to the release.
