Have you attended any of Cheyenne's four Zombiefests?

Each year, the Cheyenne Little Theatre Players' annual fundraiser gets bigger and bloodier and you can join the fun downtown this Saturday, September 19. 

The Cheyenne Zombiefest V runs from 9 a.m. to midnight on Saturday, September 19, at various locations downtown. Let the experts help with your make-up beginning at 8 a.m. at the historic Atlas Theatre and participate in the Zombie Walk to the State Capitol and back between 10 and 11 a.m. A Zombie Scavenger Hunt is also offered from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Other highlights of the 2015 Cheyenne Zombiefest include:

  • Special Guests Michael Berryman ('The Hills Have Eyes') and Linnea Quigley ('Return of the Living Dead') at the Atlas Theatre
  • Ides of Undead March on stage 8 p.m. to 9 p.m. at the historic Atlas Theatre
  • Zombieland for kids on the Depot Plaza from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
  • Zombie Fashion Show at the Depot Plaza 11 a.m. to noon
  • Splatter Art at Gunslinger Square, Carey Ave. & 15th St.
  • Zombie Prom at the Knights of Pythias on 17th St. 8 to 11 p.m.

There's also a great lineup of live entertainment scheduled including:

  • Threshold of Pain
  • Demise Of Sanity
  • Resonance
  • 13 Nails
You can pick up an Apocalypse Survivor Pass, for the ultimate Zombiefest experience, for $75 or you can choose a Half Dead Survivor Pass for $40. Screenings of the horror films, 'The Hills Have Eyes' and Return of the Living Dead,' at the Atlas Theatre are also available.
