Coroner Rules T-Joes Death Suicide

The Laramie County Coroner's office says a man who's body was recently found near T-Joes Steakhouse committed suicide.

The body of David Pease was found outside his trailer behind the steakhouse on February 14th. Pease was an employee of the steakhouse, and his co-workers became concerned when he didn't show up for work. His body had no clothing, but was partially covered in gravel, He had suffered a stab wound to the heart area.

The Laramie County Sheriff's office originally said the case was being investigated as a homicide. Police agencies routinely treat such unknown cases as homicides until evidence to the contrary is found.

A bloody sleeping bag was discovered inside the trailer. Results of a toxicology test on Pease's body won't be available for several weeks,
