It's time once again to spring forward: daylight savings time happens THIS Sunday. Saturday night before you go to bed, you'll want to make sure you set all the clocks in your house one hour ahead, which means you'll be loosing an hour of sleep.

It also means Monday is going to be commonly known as zombie day!

But according to this study, it might take you until THURSDAY to adjust!

According to a recent study, even though you're probably going to have a bit of a rough day on Monday with an hour less sleep, it takes your body at least 3 DAYS to adjust to the new time change. Some people, at least 18% of the population, aren't affected by the change at all.

Now, I'm one of those weird people who LOVES the time change, even if we're going to be losing an hour of sleep. I love that by "springing forward" it signifies spring and summer are just around the corner.

And when we "fall back," this fall, it signifies that fall is here, and even though I'm not crazy about winter, at least we get an extra hour of sleep as a trade-off.

So, what say you? Do you like the time change, or do you wish we were like the state of Arizona and do away with the time change altogether?
