Patrick Warburton turns 51 today and most recently been doing a series of lame commercials for a chain of rental cars. Don’t blame Patrick for the lame writing for those. A lot of people don’t know that he played the character “Puddy” on "Seinfeld" and the voice of Peter's wheelchair-bound neighbor Joe on "Family Guy".  Plus, he WAS "The Tick"!

Since Seinfeld hasn’t been in production for 16 years, I thought we’d better educate/remind people how funny he really can be.
