Environmentalists Suing State Over Fracking Disclosure [AUDIO]

Environmental groups are suing the Wyoming Oil and Gas Conservation Commission over the state’s fracking disclosure regulations. Doug Randall has the detail. A joint investigation by several law enforcement agencies, including the National Park Service and the Wyoming Division of Criminal Investigation, has resulted in the arrest and conviction of a man for possession of child pornography.
