Free Swim Day at the Cheyenne Aquatic Center This Week!
After several weeks of maintenance, the Cheyenne Municipal Pool is ready to reopen the Rec Pool. The announcement was met with sheer joy in my house as my son realized he needed to find his swim trunks. There was much jumping and excited handwaving as he ran off to get ready for lessons.
If you haven't visited the Cheyenne Aquatic Center lately, you may have missed that the Rec Pool has been closed for several weeks. Swim lessons for pre-schoolers, among other activities, were canceled as pool staff addressed maintenance needs.
The Aquatic Center has been working hard to fix up the Rec Pool, and as of yesterday, the Rec Pool reopened.
Now, the Aquatic Center wants to celebrate with Cheyenne!
