‘Party With A Purpose’ Helps Cheyenne, Puts Cash in Your Pockets

You hear about our “Party With A Purpose,” but if you haven’t been to a Thankful Thursday event, Lemme 'splain. It's helping local charities while having a good time with great people and maybe winning some extra cash.

On entry, you get a free numbered wristband and when we call your number you choose 1 of 80 bottles, that each has a prize. Tonight, 5 of those bottles contain $1,000, 13 have $500. There are $100 prizes and more. I won’t even mention the thousands of dollars you can win later.

You can win cash tonight with the 50/50 split game. You can win $130 in the card game and you can win a cash prize if you correctly guess the weight of a pumpkin grown at St. Christopher's Church right here in Cheyenne.

All monies go to help St. Christopher's Church and Wyoming 2-1-1, a Laramie County health and human services program for those in need of assistance with a wide range of issues, They are a big part of our safety net and well deserving of our support. Jane, Alf & I talked about all of this on the air.
