An environmental group has petitioned the federal government to reduce air pollutants in Wyoming and seven other western states. Amy Richards reports. For the 24th straight month, Creighton University Economist Ernie Goss’s survey of purchasing managers is forecasting a growing economy for Wyoming –and to a somewhat lesser degree, Utah and Colorado.
